Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing https://westchesterninjawarriors.com (the “Site”) or visiting Westchester Ninja Warriors at 11 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, NY 10523(the “Facility”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Facility.
2. Waiver requirement
All participants — including minors, accompanied by a guardian — must complete and sign our liability waiver before using any obstacle, course, or piece of equipment at the Facility. The waiver is available at /waiver. Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted.
3. Bookings and refunds
Class enrollments, party reservations, and camp registrations are subject to the cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable inside 14 days of the event date unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Conduct at the Facility
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session for any participant who behaves in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to staff or other guests. No refunds are issued in these cases.
5. Site content
All copy, photos, logos, and code on this Site are the property of Westchester Ninja Warriors unless attributed otherwise. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not republish or commercially reuse our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westchester Ninja Warriors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability for participation at the Facility is governed by the signed waiver.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
